Full Moon Related Solar-Lunar-Tidal Lithospheric Stress Advisory is now in Effect

Solar-Lunar-Tidal Crustal Lithospheric Stress Advisory

Highlighted in red are the highest and lowest predicted spring tides. Highlighted in blue are the local Lunar and Solar Transits for each day of the advisory. The way it works is that lithospheric stress along the coast is greatest during the rapid transition between highest and lowest spring tides occurring at its mid-point. That's also when there is a maximum phase angle. However, along the plate boundary it occurs closer to when the Lunar and Solar Transits occur. Theoretically, it can be combined and cause an increased effect at certain times of the day. The crust along the coast is depressed by the high tides. Inland, the local plate boundary's crust at depth is being pulled upward by increased gravitational forces. Pore-pressure also increases during the transition period by a migration of brackish and conductive fluids closer to the surface along an active fault-line.
